A 2012 Reading Challenge – Historical Fiction

I had so much fun doing the Historical Fiction Challenge this year, that I’ve decided to sign up for it again for 2012.  The folks over at the  Historical Tapestry blog are doing the hosting again, so if you want to get in on the fun, sign-up now!

I’m going to be entering the challenge at the “Severe Bookaholism” level again.  That level requires me to read/review 20 historical fiction novels.  2011 isn’t even over and I’m in the high 30’s for this year, so I don’t see it being a problem.

If you are interested in joining in the challenge you can find all of the information here.

Happy Reading!

  1. You really are an inspiration!!! I’ve upped my reading-ante from 24 to 36 books a year. Kinda makes me feel like a reading pip-sqeak in comparasion to what you’re up to. Cheers.

  2. Wow, you’re gonna be a busy reading in 2012, aren’t ya!

Definitely excited to see what historicals you choose. I’m a big fan of anything set pre-Civil War, especially Tutor England. Court politics and intrigues definitely get my fingers flipping pages all that much quicker!
